Free Christmas Dinner:

Christmas Day, 12-2 p.m.

Volunteers:

Volunteers are always welcome, whether you sign up in advance (please!) or show up Christmas day.

Many hands make light work and the dinner always has something for you to do: serving food, washing dishes, carrying trays for folks, visiting with people who come in, taking drinks to tables, clearing and wiping tables, rolling silverware, you name it!

Need a Meal Delivered?

We know that not everyone is able to leave their homes during the holidays. If you are home-bound, we can bring a meal to you.

Call the church office Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30-12:30. 472-3766

We will need your name, phone number, and address of where you would like your meal delivered. No more than 3 meals per household, please. If your family is larger, we ask and encourage you to attend the dinner in person.

Who Sponsors the Meal?

Members of the Presbyterian church of Vinton generously provide food, drinks, volunteers, and more to make the dinner happen each year. Additionally, those who are able often give a free-will donation to help support the program. However, NO ONE is every turned away and the meal is free to anyone who attends.
